DescriptionJames Mower of Eyam (co. Derby), yeoman, bound to George Langstaffe of Stoney Middleton (co. Derby), gentleman, in £250, to indemnify him for any loss etc. occasioned by his having as barmaster of Eyam arrested ore due from the proprietors of the Ladywash, Heycliffe, Middleton's engine and Moorwood's engine mines to the sough masters of Stoke Sough.

Another, to the samepurpose, dated 22nd June, 1737.
