Description
Thomas Dixon, esquire, alderman of Leeds and Ruth his wife, sister of John Bright of the first part; Henry Atkinson, esquire, of Leeds and Thomas Chappell, gentleman, of Sheffield of the second part; to Sir John Bright of Badsworth and Henry Lyddle of Ravensworth castle, co. Durham, with the consent of John Bright, esquire, of Leeds. All the land originally conveyed to Dixon and to Atkinson and Chappell to secure an annuity of £18 to Ruth Dixon under the will of her mother, Joanna Bright.
