Description
Samuel Rushton, farmer, of Nettleworth in the parish of Warsop, heir and executor of James Rushton, husbandman, deceased, of Moorwoods, Holmesfield to Hannah Ashmore, widow, of Bradwell. Property in Bradwell (specified), for the residue of a term of 2,000 years from Ralph Keeling and William Beech to Rushton, the grantors enjoying the profits so long as they paid a yearly rent of £3 10s. 0d. and two fatted geese to Thomas Eyre of Rowtor, who granted the land in question (with other) to John Poynton, then servant to Sir John Turton, a judge of the King's Bench on 5th January, 1798.
