Property in Bradwell (specified), for the residue of a term of 2,000 years from Ralph Keeling and William Beech to Rushton, the grantors enjoying the profits so long as they paid a yearly rent of £3 10s. 0d. and two fatted geese to Thomas Eyre of Rowtor, who granted the land in question (with other) to John Poynton, then servant to Sir John Turton, a judge of the King's Bench on 5th January, 1798.
