Description	Robert Pigot and John Ellis declare that £1000 paid to them by William Busby, John Clendon and Charles Lucy (on account of the assignment of the mortgage of the Manor of Wormhill heretofore demised to Abell Litchford), is not theirs but is the proper money of Richard Person of London, goldsmith, for whom they are acting as Trustees.
