| Description | Thomas Eyre of Hassoppe and Rowland Eyre, his son and heir, to Sir Francis Smith of Ashbie Polvile [co. Leics.] and Anne Smith, his daughter; and trustees (named). In consideration of the marriage to be had between Rowland Eyre and Anne Smith and £2000, Anne's marriage portion.
