All his goods and chattels, except two mares, and a lease of Howfeild or Howe grange from John Wigley; in consideration of Thomas Eyre's bonds to make certain payments to Rowland's daughter Frances and to his sons Adam, George, Rowland, Roger and Peter and also to Thomas's own daughters Dorothy, Mary and Prudence, and his son Rowland.
