Description
Michael Eyre, gentleman, of Alferton, to Rowland Eyre, esquire, of Hassope. Recites the following leases:-
Michael Eyre to
(a) William Lomas of Haslinghouses; a moiety of messuage called Haslinghouses for 18 years.
(b) William Lomas of Chapel-in-le-frythe; the other moiety of the property for 18 years.
(c) As (b) to Nicholas Lomas.
(d) Humfrey Needham, husbandman, of Foxlowe; moiety of land known as the Parkes, for 24 years.
(e) Michael Needham, husbandman, of Foxlowe; land called Tofte Acre in Foxlowe, for 21 years.
(f) John Lomas, yeoman, of Holighe; the other moiety of the Parkes, and part of the Haslinghowses farm, for 20 years.
(g) Henry Frost of Earlesterndale, husbandman; Speare acres Leyes, for 41 years.
(h) Henry Frost of Sheldon, husbandman; Speare acres Leyes and a moiety of Ledale acre in Eaststerndale, for 41 years.
(i) Michael Johnson of Earlesterndale, husbandman; Speare acre Leyes and the Dale acre in Earlesterndale, for 41 years.
(j) William Goodwin of Wheldon, yeoman; Lovells land or overcrosse lands in Wheldon, for 50 years.
All the reversions and remainders etc. of the above leases are granted to Rowland Eyre for £240.
