Description	Ralph Snowden of Mansfelde Woodhouse (co. Notts), yeoman, to John ffrauncis of Breiston (co. Derby), husbandman. One messuage and one croft adjacent, seven acres of land, one close called the Wyndemyll Close and one close called Hollowe Nooke, with buildings, rents, etc., in Pleysley (co. Derby), in consideration of the marriage made between the said John ffrauncis and Joan Snowden, one of the daughters of Ralph.
