Description	Rowland Eyre of Hassope, and Thomas Eyre his son and heir, to John Bateman of Tonges in the parish of Dronfield, pyper. One parcel of ground being the nether end of one dole in the Tonges, where a mine or sough for sea coal is set up (measurements and boundaries given) and a cottage upon it; for 21 years at a rent of 5s and payment of 10s.
