Description | Rowland Eyre of Hassop and Thomas Eyre his son and heir, and Francis Hacker of Statherne (co. Leics), esquire, agree: that Hacker shall release to Eyre his claims in Eastwell and Hose (co. Leics), that Eyre will purchase the estate from the Trustees for sale of delinquents lands, and arrange leases to the present tenants, for three lives; that Eyre or some other will purchase all the manors, messuages, etc., belonging to Eyre in Dronfield, Hallowes, Horselegate, Cutthorpe and Woodshelfe (excepting two smelting mills in Horselegate), of the same Trustees, and convey them to Hacker for the sum of £1200 in money and £1200 in bills. |
