Description
Richard Eyre of Plumley (co. Derby), gentleman, to Elez: Asshe of Brampton (daughter and one of the heirs of Thomas Cauce) and John Asshe, her son. A fifth part of Caucehall which Eyre held for a term of years from Nicholas Baguley of Leynsholm (co. Somerset), and Jane his late wife, one of the daughters and heirs of Thomas Cauce, once of Brampton; and also two indentures which Richard Eyre his father held from the said Nicholas and Jane, and Jo[yce?] Asshe of Chesterfield.
