Description
Rowland Eyre of Hassop and Frances Poole, junior, of Spinkell, gentleman and John Weeden of Hassop, gentleman, state that if Eyre pays to Poole or Weedon £500 on 11th November, 1678, they will cause the writings which conveyed Eyre's property at Litton to Richard Langhorne to be redelivered to him.
Various receipts for payment. 1674-77.
Endorsed: 'Acquittance and note concerning the mortgage upon Litton which I payd off'.
