DescriptionGeorge Mynton, by his attorney John Bullock, v. Jervase Torre, on a plea of ejectment. Concerning one messuage, 24 acres of land, ten acres of meadow, and two acres of pasture, in Hardwick wall in the parish of Tideswell, leased by William ffrost, 23rd September, 1596, to the said George. The jury say on oath that Torre is not guilty and he goes without a day.
