Description	Henry Stephenson of Shatton, son of Richard Stephenson, to Rowland Eyre of Hassop. All claims, debts, actions, etc., except for £30 which Eyre owes him, which is to be paid on demand on 25th March next. Stephenson to hold the moiety of a parcel of land called the Heald lying in Shatton, and pay 4s. per annum rent for as long as Eyre keeps the £30.
