Description
He gives £80 to Anne Eyre, his daughter, at 21; a third part of his goods to his wife Anne; 20s. to Thomas Mosley, his servants; the remainder of his goods to his daughter Anne; 12d to six of the poorest people in Bradwall. Appoints Anne Eyre his daughter, Alexander Eyre his kinsman, Richard Banckes of Litton his kinsman, and Humfrey Marshall, his neighbour, as his executors. 18th November, 1611. (28th on the other copy).
