Description
Thomas, son of Adam Hamond, of Bradwalle to William del Soler of Bradwall and Cecilia, his wife. A rood of land in Bradwall on Morforlong called the Wytherode next to the land of William on the north. If Thomas pays 10s. which he received of William and Cecilia, within a year, the land reverts to him; if William and Cecilia make a composition for it they retain the land until they have received two harvests from it. If the land lies fallow due to infertility, William and Cecilia retain it until they have received two harvests. 15th November [Thursday after St. Martin], 1347.
