Description	Geoffrey, son of Faber [the Smith] of Bradewelle to Nicholas his son, by permission of John Foleiambe then bailiff of the High Peak. Five acres of freshly ploughed land; all outhouses [domos], etc., which he has on the Morkotes; all the selions on the Morkotes which extends towards the Braddalhened, with all appurtenances in Bradwell. Four acres of the freshly ploughed land lying together on le Riding next to the outhouses [domos] on the north, and one acre known as Foxloweriding on Nunley; for a sum of money. At four pence a year for each acre of freshly ploughed land to the lord for all services. Endorsed in a 17th century hand: 'Sockege some of thes I thinke a good tenure for me for Darbeshyre.'
