Description
Henry Hall of Ollerbrooke and Gilbert Marshall of Thornhill, executors of the will of Charles Ashton, yeoman, of Thornhill, to George Hallom, blacksmith, of Hope. Recites judgement for debt against Robert Skinner, yeoman, of Thornhill, deceased, by which the executors received the kitchen, parlour chamber, two bays of the barn, the oxehouse, one close called the Slacke, one close called Horsebutts, one close in Riecroft called Morehutts, and three beast gates in Thornhill Moore, until they should have recovered £100 debt and £40. Hallom is now included in the executors.
