Description
At the 'hekenbuthun' in the county of Chester, Robert Coterell the elder declared that the grant he made of lands, rents and services in Bukstones and in the Chapell parish to Nicholas Coterell, his son, was a lawful unimpeded grant. In witness of this fact he and John Arden, squire, John Redych, son of Richard Redych, Christofre Nedam, Thomas Stafford, Robert Radclyf of Meller, Henry Stafford, James of Pylkyngton, Robert Weller, priest, John Stafford, Christofre Clayton, Thomas Robothum, and William Wade have made this declaration. 24th August (St. Bartholomew the Apostle), 1458.
