Description
Henry Dicken of Taddington, yeoman, to Gervase Eyre of Horsleygate (co. Derby), gentleman. Close called the Undercliff, another close called the Kilne close, the house and horse milne adjoining, in Taddington, in the holding of Henry Dicken and George, his father; for £200 for two hundred years, at one penny rent; with a clause providing for redemption on delivery of fifteen fother of lead at Eyre's mill at Horsleygate, before Michaelmas next.
