Description
Richard Warde of Prestclif, husbandman, to Rowland Eyre of Dethicke. Cottage where Warde dwells, with one garden and three and a half acres of land in Taddington; and all his groves and meers of ground where he can get lead ore. It is provided that the premises may be redeemed on the delivery of 39 fothers of lead at certain specified times, (at twenty hundreds and a half to the fother), at Eyre's smilting mill at Totley, Warde under-taking not to sell any of his lead ore to anyone else and to take a specified price.
