Description
Margaret Madeley of Denson (co. Staffs), widow, to Thomas Chetwind of Denson. Of one messuage in Taddington (co. Derby), in the tenure of Henry Orme, and all lands, etc., thereto belonging, to the following uses: to Margaret during her life, and after her decease to Thomas for life and for the lives of his sons, William, Anthony and Francis Chetwind, paying a yearly rent of ten shillings to the heir of Margaret and £4 to Ellen Smith, her daughter; and further to the use of such persons as she may appoint, or to her grandchild Thomas Madeley.
