Richard Stafford, son and heir of John Stafford, late of Eyam, to Robert Eyre, the younger, of Padley, Fylip Eyre, parson of Asshore, Roger Eyre of Hulme, Nicholas Stafford, brother of Richard, Roger Eyre of Plumley, trustees of Richard Stafford's lands. Lands, reversions, rents, etc., in Eyam, Middleton, Calvore, Yolgreve, Tiddiswall, Longisdon, Huklowe, Leom, Bakewell. States the wishes of Richard Stafford as to the uses of the trust erected by his will in favour of his wife and illegitimate children. n.d. Date of deed of feoffment, 20th October, 1490.
