Description	Robert Mokson, chaplain, and Richard Cobyn, to Richard Stafford, son and heir of Lady Margaret Stafford, widow, and Agnes his wife, daughter of Robert Eyre, senior, gentleman. Three messuages lying near the southern boundary of Roland, in the tenure of Henry Fryth, Thomas Seler, Richard Seler, John Lowe, Thurstan Lowe his son, and Nicholas Lowe; also one messuage recently in the tenure of Thurstan Lowe, which the donors hold of Richard Stafford. They appoint Robert Longesdon and William Roland, attornies.
