TitleHenrietta Becker to her sister
DateJun 1789
DescriptionIf Sir William FitzHerbert is at Hopton, asks her to give him her greetings and to thank him for his kindness; "Sir William is always extremely polite to everybody but he treated me as if I had been his own daughter ... if I was to be much with him, I should be fearful of falling in love in down right earnest - do not read him this last sentence, I charge you, tho' only in jest. I would not have him know I said such a thing for all the world".
