Articles of agreement made between William Philp Perrin and Edward Boreman on Boreman's application to quit his farms called Leith Hill Farm and High Ashes, and part of Tanhurst Farm in consideration of a debt from Boreman to Perrin for rent, and a further sum of £723 16s 4d on two promisory notes, whereby Perrin agrees to Purchase from Boreman all fixtures, corn, stock etc. Dated 30 September
