York) esq. of a messuage and lands in Warsop and Sookholme which the chapter of Southwell leased to the trustees of John Neale in 1729 to hold for the life of John, Pendock his son, and Pendock son of Richard Neale clerk, and for the life of the longest liver. Consideration - a part of the full sum of £9800. Yearly rent £1 10s 8d (to Southwell). Dated 24 May (formerly FW58)
